In the lowest row the horizontal and vertical emmittance is plotted, which shows only entries up to half the total acceptance assumed.

Below the hadron composition of a VLE hadron beam is shown. An incident pion of +80 GeV/c produces an almost similar amount of pions of both signs. The proton content gets more significant at lower VLE momentum range. The simulation assumed a lead target of 15 cm length.
